Today has been pretty good.  I completed T25 Total Body Circuit and the Total Body Cardio Fix.  The workouts (which used to be my downfall) are actually much easier for my lately than the nutrition is.  I am completely aware that abs are made in the kitchen, but I have been having trouble sticking to the Fix meal plan lately.  I have been craving bad foods and havent had the will power to say no.  I am currently weening off my anxiety medication and I think it is effecting my cravings.  I plan on really starting to focus on my food.  Since I work with kids with autism, there are always edible reinforcers around and it is so easy to pop some in  my mouth while teaching.  I need to stooooopppppp! 

Here are my new techniques I am going to try:

1.  Chew gum in between meals to stop myself from snacking
2.  Remind my coworkers, boyfriend and friends not to offer me food
3.  Remind myself numerous times a day why I want this!
