TASTY TUESDAY
My tasty Tuesday goes out to my shakeology. I love love love it. It's helped with weight loss, energy and digestion. I thought it was silly and a waste of money until I gave it a try.

MEASUREMENT MONDAY
I So my graph looks good for last week. I was still under the red line. As of this morning though I really screwed up over the weekend. Gotta get my big girl panties on and get serious this week to get back under that red line!

Thriving Thursday
What a good day! Back to eating following the fix meal plan. I was so happy to be done with the refresh. Although I had some good results.

WORKOUT WEDNESDAY
Got my T25 Speed 1.0 in this morning. Being that it is Day 3 of the 3 Day Refresh, I was lacking some energy. I don't have the strongest knees and when I am tired during a workout it is very apparent in my squat form. I am always afraid of hurting my knees more, so I have to remember to keep good form to prevent injury. A huge suggestion my old trainer gave me was to keep my toes off the ground when I squat. By having your toes in the air, it forces you to put your weight back into your heels and your knees behind your knees. Keep your form!!!

So today is day 2 of the 3 Day Refresh. I am feeling pretty good and I feel the inches falling away. It is nice to get a fresh clean gut after this holiday weekend! Here is a look at what I eat during the 3 Day Refresh:
Breakfast: Chocolate, Shakeology, strawberries, water
Snack: Fiber Sweep
Lunch: Vanilla Fresh shake, Strawberries, Broccoli with coconut oil
Snack: Carrots with hummus

MEASUREMENT MONDAY
So last week's results are in. After a holiday week and lots of temptations, I managed to lose weight and stay under my red line. The red line represents the 90 pounds I want to lose by July. The red line has really been keeping me focused and on track. It's my new favorite thing!
