So today is day 2 of the 3 Day Refresh. I am feeling pretty good and I feel the inches falling away.  It is nice to get a fresh clean gut after this holiday weekend!  Here is a look at what I eat during the 3 Day Refresh:

Breakfast:  Chocolate, Shakeology, strawberries, water
Snack:  Fiber Sweep
Lunch:  Vanilla Fresh shake, Strawberries, Broccoli with coconut oil
Snack:  Carrots with hummus
Dinner:  Vanilla Fresh Shake, roasted asparagus with almonds
