WORKOUT WEDNESDAY

Got my T25 Speed 1.0 in this morning.  Being that it is Day 3 of the 3 Day Refresh, I was lacking some energy.  I don't have the strongest knees and when I am tired during a workout it is very apparent in my squat form.  I am always afraid of hurting my knees more, so I have to remember to keep good form to prevent injury.  A huge suggestion my old trainer gave me was to keep my toes off the ground when I squat.  By having your toes in the air, it forces you to put your weight back into your heels and your knees behind your knees.  Keep your form!!!
